I can't understand why Rowand is not hitting behind Ryan Howard. Jayson Worthless does not provide protection for Howard and it has killed the Phil's today both times they had runners in scoring position. :shrug: Somehow the Giants will find a way to score and win this game

I agree. I have Rowand in a couple of fantasy leagues, and would really like to benefit from that.

Having said that, I have the Giants in a prop bet to score first, plus the giants to win:shrug:

Hey guys.....just to chime in on the Rowand issue.....if i recall correctly, when he was with the White Sox, he took some turns near the top of the order in the 2 spot....not sure if the Phillies can afford to put him up there as then they would have zero protection for Howard.

Are you guys Philly fans at all? Just wondering what your take is on the persistent news coming out of Chicago that the Sox and Phils are working on a deal to trade Rowand back in exchange for bullpen help.

I find it a bit funny because the White Sox bullpen has been terrible all year. How bad can the Phillies pen be if the White Sox can pawn some of that chit off on them :shrug:

Not a philly fan at all Have Howard, Utley, and Rowand in different fantasy leagues. I think Rowand should be up 1 spot...right behind howard, not 2 back.
