GM Dan Jennings could be named next Marlins manager

It is shocking that Loria would name his GM the manager( Jennings' only manager experience was as a coach at Davidson HS in Mobile, AL):facepalm::0002..Now he doesn't have to pay a new manager.:0002
ESPN, Jim Bowden, reported early this am that Dan Jennings would be the new Mgr.
He has not coached since HS in Alabama and he was a scout and scouting boss for the Tampa Devil Rays when they became an expansion franchise, under Chuck LaMar!
Players kept mum when asked a few nights ago why they were playing poorly and , GS stated that the locker room and desire from the players lacked any fire. Most of the latin players could not relate to Redmond which was a bad hire in my opinion.
Loria uses this team as a tax write off and he'll end up selling it sometime or he could move it as well, doubtful that Montreal would take him back after he left that mess behind that he created.
Conine would have been a smarter choice for the manager position, but he respectfully declined.
6 games out and 8 blown saves since the season began is indicative of poor managing, not just poor execution.
Runners left in scoring position doesn't help you win and when you lack aggressiveness or taking chances to create havoc vs the other team, that is what you will get and you'll spend your bullpen which wasn't deep any way and Cisek is off a great season and pitched a ton of innings and most teams within the division had pretty good scouting reports and the hitters know him a lot better than last year, most of Marlins games have been vs their division.
This team has a lot of offensive ability but when Dan Haren is your best pitcher, it tells just how good the front off (Dan Jennings) and ownership is, as well as the poor execution Redmond had when calling the shots.
