GMAC Bowl
Mobile Alabama (Ladd Stadium)
Early weather forecast, daytime 60's, nite time (game time) 50's to upper 40's, partly cloudy with lite winds perdicted. Rained here on and off Sat. and Sun., and was very windy, but has blown thru and is in 30's now. Expected to warm up as week moves on, but the thing about the weather here on the Gulf Coast is that being so close to the Gulf of Mexico, weather can change pretty quickly. Usally not too cold, but rain always a threat.
Teams ( Mia.O and Louisville) arrived over weekend and will be practicing at local High schools here in the area, I'm gonna try and sneak away and watch some of both. Local station interviewed several players from Louisville, who seem to think that they are getting little to no respect, may or may not be an angle. (note: i think i'm leaning to Mia.O)
They will be playing on grass and it is not known for handling wet conditions very well, so if rain comes into play, which at this point is NOT predicted, it may play in the total on the game. This Bowl game has had some HUGE numbers put up in the past, and weather permitting it could be a high scoring affair. I will give another weather update closer to game time, if people think it may help. Good luck to ya'll from down south, and Merry Christmas. Buck
