Tomas Vokoun, Nashville Predators - Vokoun will be the starter for Monday's game against the Canadiens, reports the Nashville Tennessean. The Predators also acquired veteran Wade Flaherty over the weekend which would seem to imply that Vokoun is due for a rest soon, but coach Barry Trotz shot down that rumor saying he will continue to start Vokoun every game until further notice.

Kevin Weekes, Carolina Hurricanes - Weekes is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Blue Jackets.

Marc Denis, Columbus Blue Jackets - Denis is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Hurricanes.

Patrick Roy, Colorado Avalanche - Roy is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Coyotes.

Manny Legace, Detroit Red Wings - Legace is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Kings.

Tommy Salo, Edmonton Oilers - Salo is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Maple Leafs.

Roberto Luongo, Florida Panthers - Luongo is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Rangers.

Jamie Storr, Los Angeles Kings - Storr is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Red Wings.

Jose Theodore, Montreal Canadiens - Theodore is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Predators.

Mike Dunham, New York Rangers - Dunham is the probable starter for Monday's game againstthe Panthers.

Roman Cechmanek, Philadelphia Flyers - Cechmanek is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Capitals.

Sean Burke, Phoenix Coyotes - Burke is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Avalanche.

Ed Belfour, Toronto Maple Leafs - Belfour is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Oilers.

Olaf Kolzig, Washington Capitals - Kolzig is the probable starter for Monday's game against the Flyers.

Rick DiPietro, New York Islanders - DiPietro was recalled from Bridgeport of the AHL on Sunday and will accompany the Islanders on their upcoming road trip. Seems like an innocent enough move but since the team has not revealed any injury to either Garth Snow or Chris Osgood, it has fueled rumors that the Islanders are ready to trade one of their two veterans goalies before Tuesday's trade deadline.

player info

Jaromir Jagr, Washington Capitals - Jagr is listed as doubtful for Monday's game against the Flyers with a broken bone fragment in his wrist according to the Washington Post. The injury is not believed to be serious and apart from the small chance that he could actually play tonight, he expects to be ready for Friday's game.

Zigmund Palffy, Los Angeles Kings - Kings president Tim Leiweke told listeners tuning into Sunday's post-game show that the team will not trade Palffy and were never interested in doing so. We're not sure if he's speaking the truth, but since he is the president, we should probably take his words seriously.

Bryan Marchment, Colorado Avalanche - Marchment will make his Avs debut on Monday night against the Coyotes. Since he's considered the team's sixth defenseman, he will see limited icetime and thus has virtually no fantasy value.

Alexei Zhamnov, Chicago Blackhawks - Zhamnov sat out his second straight game with a dislocated finger on his left hand. It is an injury which he has suffered before which caused him to miss two games but this time Zhamnov says that it's worse. There is no timetable for his return.

Steve Yzerman, Detroit Red Wings - Yzerman didn't play in Sunday's game against the Mighty Ducks just to rest up his knee but he is expected to be in the lineup for Monday's game against the Kings.

John LeClair, Philadelphia Flyers - LeClair is aiming to play sometime this week but told the Philadelphia Inquirer that he still has not received medical clearance. With that said, he won't play tonight but is obviously very close to returning.

Mario Lemieux, Pittsburgh Penguins - Lemieux is healthy but chose not to play on Sunday, the second half of back-to-back games against the Senators. Just in case you were wondering but one thing to consider: with the Penguins basically out of the playoffs, Lemieux's rests may become more frequent over the remainder of the season.

Shawn McEachern, Atlanta Thrashers - McEachern has been skating since last Wednesday, three weeks after his back surgery. He hopes to return by the last week of the season but it's not likely that he will have much to offer to any fantasy teams.

Rob Zamuner, Boston Bruins - Zamuner suffered a groin strain in the first period of Sunday's loss to the Blackhawks and was not able to finish the game. In coach Robbie Ftorek's words: "it's not that bad but he will be out for a while."

Vladimir Malakhov, New York Rangers - Malakhov (bruised left shoulder) practiced on Sunday and is expected to return to the Rangers lineup for Monday's game against the Panthers.
