Jean-Sebastien Giguere, Anaheim Mighty Ducks - Giguere is the probable starter for Wednesday's game against the Blackhawks.

Pasi Nurminen, Atlanta Thrashers - Nurminen is the probable starter for Wednesday's game against the Stars.

Mika Noronen, Buffalo Sabres - Noronen is the probable starter for Wednesday's game against the Rangers.

Jocelyn Thibault, Chicago Blackhawks - Thibault is the probable starter for Wednesday's game against the Mighty Ducks.

Patrick Roy, Colorado Avalanche - Roy is the probable starter for Wednesday's game against the Sharks.

Roberto Luongo, Florida Panthers - Luongo is the probable starter for Wednesday's game against the Wild.

Manny Fernandez, Minnesota Wild - Fernandez is the probable starter for Wednesday's game against the Panthers.

Mike Dunham, New York Rangers - Dunham is the probable starter for Wednesday's game against the Sabres.

Miikka Kiprusoff, San Jose Sharks - Kiprusoff is the probable starter for Wednesday's game agianst the Avalanche.

Kevin Weekes, Carolina Hurricanes - Weekes is tentatively scheduled to undergo surgery on his injured right hand on Friday, effectively ending his season. The reason the surgery was held back until now is because the Hurricanes were still mathematically alive in the playoff race.

Marty Turco, Dallas Stars - Turco skated yesterday and suffered no setbacks. If he continues to progress in his recovery from a severe ankle sprain, he will attempt to practice and face shots sometime next week. If that goes well, he could return for the last week or so of the regular season.

Felix Potvin, Los Angeles Kings - Potvin, recovering from a sprained knee, is not expected to be back on the ice until next week at the earliest. He expects to take about 1-2 weeks to get back into game shape, making it questionable on whether he will be able to return before the season concludes.

Jason Allison, Los Angeles Kings - Allison's season is over as he continues to suffer from post-concussion symptoms and has been told by a specialist to avoid all physical activity until his symptoms subside. When the Kings officially are eliminated from the playoffs, the club is expected to publically announce that he won't be back.

Adam Deadmarsh, Los Angeles Kings - Like teammates Jason Allison, Deadmarsh won't be back this season. He has not played since mid-December after suffering another concussion.

Peter Forsberg, Colorado Avalanche - Forsberg practiced on Tuesday and felt no ill effects of a charley horse that he suffered against the Red Wings last week. He will play in Wednesday's game against the Sharks and will take his place between Milan Hejduk and Alex Tanguay.

Pavel Bure, New York Rangers - Bure practiced regularly on Tuesday but will not play in Wednesday's game against the Sabres, reports the New York Daily News. As stated yesterday, no one really has any idea when or even if Bure will be back this year.

Ramzi Abid, Pittsburgh Penguins - Following Tuesday's game against the Red Wings, the Penguins announced that Abid will undergo season-ending knee surgery on Thursday. According to reports, he suffered a partially torn ACL. Ironically, the main principle that the Pens traded for Abid, Jan Hrdina, is also hurt for the Phoenix Coyotes and is probably done for the season as well.

Patrick Stefan, Atlanta Thrashers - Tests have revealed that Stefan suffered a broken right ankle during Monday's game against the Blue Jackets, which means that he will be out for the rest of the regular season.

Bryan Berard, Boston Bruins - As reported before, Berard played the forward position on Tuesday instead of his customary defense. He played on a line with Mike Knuble and Jozef Stumpel and ended up playing just under 18 minutes in the game. Though he will play less than if he was on the blueline, Berard's fantasy value will probably go up a little bit as he will concentrate on scoring a lot more.
