Big day @ Santa Anita Park w/the Breeders Cup Races & some big $$$ Stakes Races as well. Have a horse in this Stakes event that I REALLY like.....#2-Life is a Joy!!!:yup Here is my take on the 3rd Race @ Santa Anita Park:
Life is a Joy(9-2)* is the horse with the best chance too defeat the Chalk in this Race & has NEVER tasted defeat(3 for 3 Lifetime). Speed may be a bit of an issue but I expect him too battle & be in the mix the entire trip. Trained by Jerry Hollendorfer, this Equine is also making the switch from synthetic too dirt which is an angle I always like. With Jockey Joel Rosario on board, I think Life of Joy wins again & improves too 4 for 4 Lifetime. Will use the aforementioned Chalk, #7-Tamarando(8-5)*, as well as #1-California Chrome(3-1)* & #8-Cinmars Dance(8-1)* too fill out my exotics. Tamarando is the obvious Class & Speed in this field but can be beaten today...by the #2 I hope!!!! California Chrome should improve after a bad trip in the Del Mar Futurity where he ran 6th but finished only 2 lengths behind the winner. Cinmars Dance did not like the synthetic surface @ Del Mar but was a winner here @ Santa Anita on the dirt @ this distance on 10/6/2013. Like the early odds on him but I'm sure they will drop before post time.
