My Golden Teaser of the week. I swear I just can't see how this won't hit, but of course we all know....

Bears -1
Skins -1/2
Cowboys -2 1/2

I usually don't play 3-team, 10 pt teasers, simply b/c a push loses on my site. So, a lot of times it turns them into a 9-pt teaser and I could just play a 2-team/7-pt teaser and prob. have a lot more success.
And, I rarely play teasers at all any more.

But I like this one a lot. I don't see any way Bears don't beat Cards. Skins and Cowboys both at home trying to bounce back against bad teams. I wouldn't have taken it if Dallas was teased to 3, but having it at 2 1/2 is much better.

Put 6 units on it.

There might be one possible problem in that tease.

I've got Washington and da Bears in a few 10-pt teasers also, but led off with a few college games yesterday to set them up. Only one was posted, but they are still live and the only reason I'm saying this is that I couldn't find a third good game in the NFL.

The problem I see with Dallas is that this will be seen as the Battle of Texas and might be a close, low-scoring game. Oh yes, and then there is the Bledsoe/TO nightmare. I'm thinking of dropping another teaser with the Skins, Bears, and Broncos (on the grounds that Oakland just plain sucks and Shanny never lets up against the Raiders).

Whatever you do, GOOD LUCK and have a great day! Just my thoughts on this, don't mean to be a downer or anything, you are likely right that Dallas rolls with the NYG on deck next week.

Like the reply. Believe me, I know there are no locks. I think the Skins and Bears both roll and I see Dallas winning.
With all the mess in Dallas, if Bledsoe plays well and makes accurate passes, they should win easily. T.O. is a pain in the ass off the field and even on the sideline, but in the game, he's almost unstoppable. He also had a couple drops last week and a very non-productive game. I think he has a huge day today against Texans.

I also like San Diego to put on a 10-pt teaser, but I can't figure niners out and martyball scares me. Rivers has a chance to go off against bad pass defense, but will marty let him.

How Times Have Changed

In the good old days before last year, when you could take a position against the public and make money on dogs a lot of the time (vs inflated favs), these teasers did not make a lot of sense a lot of the time. Now, the # of favs winning (whether they cover or not) is just plain s-i-c-k.

With that iin mind, and noting what you said about San Fran (they play well at home, also)...

I'm going to have to will this teaser to a win. Owens is actually in the building so maybe Dallas can pull away...

Yeah, I know he won 3 super bowls. Just pissed when I wrote it. 2 of those 3 title were in strike years and it was the only thing i could think of at the time.

Man, I wish skins could have recovered fumble by pacman jones on punt return midfield when game was tied.
