The Markers Forms Exclusive Partnership with Private Club Network
Markers Members Gain Access to More Than 200 Private Country Clubs Nationwide
(ST. GEORGE, UTAH) ? April 2, 2007 ? The Markers, the first club to combine the benefits of private golf club membership with the amenities of a destination club, announces today that it has acquired an equity interest in the Private Club Network, the nation?s largest independent club-to-club reciprocal network. The partnership preserves the right for members of The Markers to enjoy access to a network of more than 200 private golf clubs in 38 states.
?Our partnership with the Private Club Network provides an amenity that no other club comes close to,? said Ron Wade, president and co-founder of The Markers. ?By providing our member?s access to private clubs in 38 states, The Markers once again emphasizes its commitment to the golf experience.?
Markers members will enjoy playing privileges at each private club in the Private Club Network for a $25 cart fee, which includes premiere destinations such as San Diego, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; Boca Raton, Florida; and West Palm Beach, Florida; among others. Current members of the Private Club Network will, in return, be able to access a special Markers residence stay at a preferential price.
?This is an ideal partnership because both entities are designed for the golf enthusiast,? said Steve Graves, founder of Private Club Network. ?The Markers is unique in the industry because golf is more than an amenity, it?s what defines them as a club and this coupled with their business acumen impressed us from the start.?

I think we may need to send Agent to Utah with the mormons, to see if this is a viable place to invest our hard earned money.
