Looking for a few wins to build my bank for my 11/1 VaTech play v. Miami?.
Maryland ?2: No doubt about it, this will be my biggest play of the day. I think Vegas will anticipate the public using Florida State as a common denominator. Knowing the season is on the line, Fridge will pull out all stops to win this one.
Arkansas +1.5: Did Arkansas look like LSU?s slightly-less-talented clone LW or what (albeit for the first 55 mins)? Their Defensive line played poorly against UF (1 sack?) and will try to emphasize pressure via the LB and Safety blitz on Eli. I love the public and press getting on Ole Miss?s bandwagon- especially their defense. They not that good to handle the Arkansas O-line (even w/o Cobb).
Purdue +5: I?ve been hesitant to play on these guys, but I am now a believer. The only thing that concerns me is the possibility of a letdown.
Auburn +4: These guys are hitting on all cylinders right now. With a running game like Auburn?s it is SO IMPORTANT that the o-line get in sync and play as a single unit. They did that LW and will do it again this week. That being said LSU will try to make Campbell beat them and I think he?s ready.
I also like Bowling Green, but like others will wait until the public pulls it down to 3?. See some of the earlier posts re this game. I think the folks playing BG have the right angle. In particular, see the NIU vs. Bowling Green Thread ?. Pretty good write-up, counter write-up?.
