Most here know I am a fiscal conservative. Charles makes some interesting points here.
The thing is, I am not mad at unions or teachers or whomever, who are mad that they may lose their pension or healthcare or even that they have to start paying for it. I understand it - this is something that they have been told from day 1 that they are getting. I am mad at the people - the union leaders and the politicians way back when who made the deals. I understand the anger from the rank and file. The problem is, as I see it, the promises made are no longer able to be kept. The people who are trying to change it are being shot as the messenger.
