Google question- get redirected when clicking on a subject-Help me stop it!

When we google something on 1 of our computers and topics come up, when you click on topic, it "redirects" to a different website. One is "get answers fast" and topics not related. What is this and how can I stop it?

Can you open up another browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc...) and try the exact same search?

If those links aren't there for you to click on "get answers fast" for example, then your browser has been invaded and will need cleaning.

If you do this and it is the same, then I am at a loss.
