4) Bring big dogs to your place of polling and stand outside with them. Most Blacks are afraid of Dogs.
5) In the unlikeyl event you employ some colored see to it that they are not able to get to the polls
6) . Phone in an ebola scare to your local radio urnban radio station.
7) Hold a clan rally in the heart of your city to keep people home.
8) Offer a 40 ounce beer and a "blunt" to anyone who will not vote.
9) If you are a police officer stop every woman or minority you can and plant drugs in their car.
