So. Cal
not really.

In my highly regarded opinion only one team (syracuse) played one great half (1st). Otherwise Kansas played mediocre both halves and the Cuse played mediocre in the second half. The FT shooting was TERRIBLE by both teams...the turnovers were usually unforced by Kansas in the first half and Kansas couldn't ever get the lead. Now it was a much better game than last season, but man that game was UNWATCHABLE. In my opinion the game of the tourney was Arizona-Gonzaga...Arizona-Kansas was also very good as was Texas-Uconn...UNCW-Maryland.

This game did have an exciting ending but that doesn't mean it was a great game. If that's your definition of a great game then the Pistons/Nuggets must play great games in the NBA when their final is 68-65.

Good luck to all in their future wagering.

Thanks buddy. . . my thoughts exactly. . . I was expecting much more but instead felt like I was watching a Division II game in the 2nd half the way both teams played.

Still, gotta say congrats to Cuse. . . can't wait till next year!

no problem.

Thought the team with the better players won. Kind of sick of hearing how Collison/Heinrich/Roy deserved to win since they were seniors or it was their time. If that's the case then UA deserved to beat Kansas since we had 3 seniors. Nobody deserves anything, you must earn it. Kansas earned the final 4 since they played a bit better and played with the lead vs UA, but Syracuse did the same thing vs Kansas.

Hell UA's 6th best team under Lute won the title, while much better teams lost in the Final 4/title game or failed to get to the final 4. In the tourney it's about luck, the draw, and talent. This year Syracuse didn't need much luck, got a great draw (hmmm playing in Albany?) and had the talent and the best player not in the NBA.
