Great scrambled eggs

What you need:

6 eggs
3 tbsp of dill
1/2 cup of feta cheese
1/2 onion
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Take onion and dice it up with a sharp knife. Put coconut oil in medium skillet, put diced onion in skillet. Sautee onion for about 5 minutes until it starts to get golden brown color (low to med heat). Put in eggs, feta cheese, and dill and cook on low-medium heat. Add salt and pepper. Cook the eggs low and slow so they are light and fluffy, about 5-6 minutes. Do not overcook. Serve and enjoy once finished.

These are really good, my wife loves them for Sunday morning breakfasts.
