Nebraska -9.5 Penn State is in a rebuilding year with huge losses in both the defensive and offensive lines. Nebraska's defense looked great in their first two games. Mills has struggled against better defensive teams. Big revenge game and Nebraska has a huge edge in the defensive department. Even with Lord I like the Cornhuskers big. 4units
Purdue pick Although Wake has an edge offensively the Boilermakers are much better defensively and will contain the running game of Wake. Purdue looked ahead last week and lost. Look for Purdue to win by 10. 4units
Illinois +10 The Illini are a great road dog on grass. UCLA struggled offensively last week. The Illini should keep it close. Taking the 10 for 3 units.
Hawaii +21 I think the Rainbows will put up enough points to cover the spread. Under June Jones Hawaii is 7-0 versus the spread on grass. 3units
New Mexico +2 New Mexico is very good at home against the Mountain West currently 10-4 versus the spread. A deceiving loss against Texas Tech. Look for New Mexico to upset Byu. 3 units
Minnesota -20 The Golden Gophers are a much improved team and should score in the upper 40's against Ohio. Minnesota tends to pound the cupcakes. 3 units
North Carolina State +9.5 The Buckeyes are not a very good offensive team without Clarett. NC State should put up just enough to cover as the Buckeyes tend to let teams stay in games.

North Texas +9.5 Air force had no business beating Northwestern as 4 second half turnovers set up the scores North Texas should be able to keep this game close. 2 units
Memphis +5 The offense for Southern Miss is awful. I'll take the points. 2 units
Rutgers -6.5 Army in disarray not a huge Rutgers fan but can't see Army beating anyone this year. 2 units
Kansas +4 Should be a high scoring affair in a close game I will take the points. 2 units
Baylor -2 SMU has been terrible on the road the last few seasons this seems too easy. 2 units.
