3 units Jacksonville +9.5 Jags always play them tough Manning struggles with their pass rush look for a 20-13 type of game.
3 units Jets +3 Raiders a bad team starting to go South. Jets a bad team still playing hard.
3 units Cleveland +12.5 Letdown situation for the Bengals and Cincy's run defense very suspect.
3 units Carolina -5.5 Panthers have had great success against the Bucs in the past first major test for Simms against a very good defense on the road.
3 units Kansas City +3 Dallas defense struggling lately stopping the run not a good thing against the chiefs. Plus injuries to the defensive backfield.
3 units Packers -6 Garcia will struggle mightily in the poor weather conditions. I see a lot of people on the over on this game but the last time I seen Garcia in Green Bay in the cold he was awful and his arm strength has gotten worse.
