Who will it be...

I think they go and get jim harbaugh...i know probably sounds crazy....but i think harbaugh wants another crack at the NFL. And the packers need someone who can get guys to fly around on defense and jim harbaugb i think can really get rodgers to another title

Or maybe brother John?

They need something to excite fan base.

I honestly think Rodgers is the most talented QB to ever play the game

Such a shame that rodgers in his prime has gotten so little from coaching and defense

How can a Aaron Rodgers led team struggle year after year to win 10 games

A team with AR at the helm should win 10 games yearly just off of his greatness

But even Rodgers cannot overcome McCarthy's incompetence and the teams lack of defensive stars.

So who is the solution?

Philibin is a "QB" guy, so perhaps Rodgers and him really mix well and they decide to keep him....

Me personally... I think they need a complete overhaul and need to replace the entire staff and get a new mentality in the locker room

Rodgers one of most over rated players of all time some believe he is the goat.. he?s the goat at throwing the ball away. He?s piss pounds and stat pads the shit teams but he isn?t that great when the playing field is even.. they can blame Ted Thompson for depleting this team of talent. The offensive line has regressed, they have one great receiver but a aged slow tight end and crappy receivers, defensively they are a joke all 3 linebackers suck, the safeties suck and the injury bug always hits that team..

You do not want Harbaugh, his abrasive personality and unrivaled arrogance will absolutely erode an organization.

Just ask San Diego and Stanford in the NCAAs and the San Francisco 49ers before he moved along to Ann Arbor and UoM. The love fest here is Michigan is also quickly fading away both in losing to Ohio State and Jim's being arrogant while doing so year in and year out. As a player (Michigan and Bears), not many teammates shred love for their QB. Hate to be so harsh but the truth and those around him in many different footprints tell the same story. Also people from Western Michigan University say when his dad coached there couldn't stand Jim who spent time on campus while at U of Michigan.

Its a shame as his brother (John) at Baltimore is a good guy and I know several people acquainted with his Dad who suggest Jack (his Dad) is the greatest guy, leader, family man, and coach/mentor. This apple fell really far from the tree.

If Rodgers was traded to Minnesota tonight, you'd cum in your Cheerios!

He's led the Packers to the playoffs more often than not, but you are right. It's less about him, and more about the shitty competition he has in the NFC North.

Rodgers record in games in which the Packers are behind going into the 4th quarter against teams with a winning record: 0-37.

He rarely ever takes any of the responsibility for when they lose. Even when he tries to do that, he always includes a poorly veiled inference to the real reason. Granted, he never really had the level of supporting cast needed to win championships, but the greatest of all time should be able to make it work to some degree.

He is not the greatest of all time for sure. I would take Brady over Rodgers in a heartbeat. Much better teammate, too.

I do give Rodgers credit for not allowing himself to get dragged into the controversy when Favre was in the process of leaving the Packers. Rodgers handled that whole debacle with class.
