4.72 ERA in three career starts against Detroit.

TIGERS PROBABLE STARTER: Seth Greisinger (no record). The
right-hander is 6-9 with a 5.12 ERA in 21 career starts, including 2-5 with a

this is from SportsNetwork preview:

"Minnesota hands the ball to Rick Reed this evening. Reed posted his second victory of the year last time on the mound.
He held Cleveland to six hits and two runs in 6 1/3 innings for the victory. Reed fanned three and walked two in the losing
effort.

Reed has yet to face the Tigers this year. For his career, Reed owns an 0-1 mark with a 4.73 ERA in three games against
Detroit. He has given up nine hits and seven runs in 13 1/3 frames of work versus the Tigers.

The Tigers hope that youngster Seth Greisinger will help spark them this evening. Greisinger, the sixth overall pick by the
Tigers in the 1996 draft, returns to the major leagues for the first time since 1998 after a long bout with elbow problems. He
was called up from Double-A Erie, where he was 2-0 with a 1.29 ERA.

During his time in the majors, Greisinger posted a 6-9 mark with a 5.12 ERA in 21 starts. He allowed 142 hits and 79 runs in
130 innings of work, while fanning 66 and walking 48.

Minnesota swept a three-game series between these clubs from April 12-14. The Twins have won six of the last seven
meetings in the series and 18-of-22 since last season. Minnesota went 7-3 at Comerica Park in 2001."

MN certainly has a better record at Detroit than they do at Tampa Bay!

No monkey, I only lived in Cincy for 40 days, most of that time spent taking drugs at Phoenix Labs. Went by my real name, which rhymes with this online one. But I could sure use a three-way right now! Hot and spicy! (whoa, that comes off wrong! I'm talking food here guys).
