Those of us who had Gtown under on Saturday should've cashed a ticket as the total was under by double digits unfortunately the score was tied and 47 points took place in the 2 OTs. Georgetown's conference scoring averages and recent game averages are totally distorted by 3 recent overtime games and one of those that had 2 OTs.

Things don't get any easier for the Hoyas tomorrow when they visit No. 24 Syracuse. The Carrier Dome is a difficult place for visiting teams because of the bubble roof, bad lighting and strange sight lines. Instead of traveling to Syracuse a day early and getting used to the unusual surroundings, Georgetown will practice in Chicago today. As a result, the notoriously poor shooting Hoyas will have only a morning shootaround to get used to the Carrier Dome's tough conditions.
