The love for Oklahoma across the internet is crazy. Might as well not play the game. Reminds me of when the Ravens went into Denver and no one gave them a chance. I know this is different but Clemson is getting no respect. I don't like either team, but when there is this much love for one side, I tend to like the other side. Clemson for me. Enjoy the games.

I show 55% of public on Clemson and 69% of public on over?? GL, I like OK but I like anyone against ACC teams at this point as they are 2-5 and looking like a possible 2-6 based on the first half of this game. Best of luck to whatever you play though but I would not say everyone is on OK by any means!! xstop

Wasn't following the money just sentiment on the net.

Will play Bama for the same reasons. Way too many people liking Michigan State. Should be a slow death for them. Hoping for a close first half so I can play the second half large.

Yeah, I would not be surprised but I am still hoping for a close first half. Bama is by far the better team. Good Luck

I don't play a lot of american football games since I focus on european football. Got a lot of time on my hands since I am retired so I spend a lot of time surfing the internet. One thing I have learned over many many years of gambling is that when the overwhelming majority love a game they tend to be wrong. I got gambling friends who say Vegas was built on parlays and teasers, but I think its always been built on public opinion and emotion. You just have to have the courage to go against the grain. Most people will never play the don't in craps even though the smart people know its the best way to make money over time but its simply unpopular and a grind. With gambling, you have to decide whether you are in it to make money or for the action. May sound like similar things but they are very, very different. Its tough to have strong self-discipline and not get caught up in the action. This is why very few win on a consistent basis.

Sorry for this old man's rant. Guess I'm feeling nostalgic on this New Year's Day. I wish everyone a prosperous 2016.

Need to do some more research, but Iowa is getting a lot of love right now and the line is not moving. I also do not think Ohio State will show today. I simply do not think they are very interested in this game. I do like Urban Myer but I would not be surprised to see an outright Notre Dame victory.

Yeah, I was worried about Ohio State's motivation. Couldn't have been more wrong. ND was the team that didn't come to play. Should have also told everyone that I haven't gotten a Notre Dame game right before most of you were born. And now looks like there won't be a good halftime opportunity. I really hate Notre Dame.

Will get it back on Stanford later and Oregon tomorrow. I loved Oregon the whole bowl season and have plenty on them at +1, but I still like them -7. I see no way TCU stops their offense. In my opinion, they were one of the best 4 at the end of the season

you ain't kidding about it being unpopular. a few years ago, i was playing the don't and an elderly woman at the other end of the table was so pissed off that she threw the dice at me.

GL and happy new year, sir.

I got a better one for you. Many years ago, I once played the don't for about 3 hours on a table in Atlantic City. I won a lot of money. Took a stroll on the boardwalk and four kids that were playing for a while and lost big saw me and beat the crap out of me and stole my money. Not the first time I got beat up, but the best part of the story was that they were so stupid that they went back into the SAME casino and bet big with my money! Needless to say they all got arrested and another great example of how gambling and drinking can cause very bad decisions. True story (and one I tell all the time when folks say they have a good gambling story!)

I am not so sure about the next game Kid. Pace and a mobile QB are the one thing that can give this Alabama team fits. As much as I loved Alabama against Michigan St (a team that was not even close to one of the top 4 in the country), I am not sold yet on this game. More to come on this one.

I got more money on Oregon today than I should have on one game, but I will be shocked if TCU can stop them at all. Most of that money is at +1 or a pick, but I still feel this game will not be close (I did lay some 7 money after the easy Stanford win and will play first half -4). TCU will struggle on defense and Oregon will get enough stops with Boykin out. As I said before, at the end of the season, Oregon was a top 4 team based on what I saw. I expect them to prove it tonight.

Don't really like anything else today. Penn State seems to be getting a lot of love given Georgia's coaching situation, but I am not sure that is a good enough reason to back them. Don't trust Arky laying that many points. They are definitely more talented but I expect Snyder will have his team ready.

Good luck to all today!!

Line just dropped to 6.5 so there is plenty of TCU play out there. Oregon was my favorite play when the lines came out. I wish Boykin was playing. The love is simply because Boykin went out. TCU money is coming in.
