Guilty in Flower Girl's Crash Death

A NY man who drove drunk the wrong way down a highway and slammed into a wedding limousine was convicted of two counts of murder for the deaths of a chauffeur and a 7-year-old flower girl. (Oct. 18)

The jurors were deadlocked and almost came to blows. Heidgen got what he deserved murder in the 1st degree. He took a 7 year olds life away. The limo driver who died is from my home town didn't know him though. Driving drunk on the wrong side of the road can be deadly and in this case it proved true. Very tragic and sad this had to happen.

he got 1st degree murder?? WOW!! What were his previous offenses. I've never seen a drunk driver get anywhere close to 1st degree murder.
Suprised, but really, I have absolutely no sympathy for people who drink and drive.

For those not familiar with the incident, the flower girl was decapitated by her seatbelt. When police arrived at the scene, her mother was on the side of the parkway holding her decapitated head and stroking her hair.

Payback comes when he goes upstate. This bastard will be wearing panties soon.
