It's becoming harder & harder to go opposite Halladay in almost any situation..........He went on my personal list of who to not bet against about 6 weeks ago.

Kansas City area for who knows how long....
Halladay is 9-6 on the road.

Halladay is 9-6 on the road.

That is, his team is when he starts.

Toronto lost his last two road starts.

HP ump Hernandez is 19-9 for the home team this season.

Wakefield has 1.35 era last 3 starts (Roy's is 5.66).

Boston needs wins bad.

I'm thinking of going against Halladay again.

Terry Ray, good points, except for the last one -- Boston has needed wins badly the last month or so and has stumbled pretty miserably.

Thanks for the info!

Good thoughts by both. I just dont like going against him.........perhaps I am a bit bised, as he has pretty much shined in the games that I have SEEN him. Those tend to leave a more lasting impression, I guess. I dont know what I will do tonite, if anything. My lean is to Tor as they are getting $$ and, gee, one has to seriously consider the dangers of betting on Boston in Sept.. So, it will be Tor. or pass.

on 2nd thought, looking closer

on 2nd thought, looking closer

Halladay has faced 30+ batters something like 4 of 5 or 5 of 6 starts -- this may mean a wear-down.

Plus, last night's recap includes some urgent comments from the Red Sox, which may mean a more focused effort tonight.

I'll play the Jays, but small.

Good luck!

The more I look at Hernandez the more I feel that Tor will win this game. His record is pretty mis-leading. The patterns he follows all point to the dog. Will be a play for me if I don't find something better. Good luck
