SEASON: ESPN SUN 4-6
LAST WEEK OVERALL: 4-5 1
OVERALL TOTAL: 8-12-1

Not many winners so far this season from the Hammer. He joins me in that club.

THIS WEEK:
SD - 5.5 Should be able to run a lot more than GB

KCITY - 2.5 CHIEFS 26-5 ATS in home openers, 12-2 in week 3. A low scoring game.

DET + 6.5 Phil can's convert a 3rd down & their receiving corps is bad.

NYJ - 3 14-2 last 16 ATS vs Miami. Dolphins no existant O line, no running game & Zach Thomas is out.

BALT - 8 Ariz 6-23 on the road ( he may have said 6-33) 13-26 ATS.

ST LOUIS + 4 Changed his mind often on this one...........Bucs 0-3-1 as a home fave, Garcia 1-7 lifetime vs RAMS.

JAX + 3.5 Den 1-8 as a home fave.

SEA - 3.5 Cinn D is awful, SEA to run.

OAK -3 For no other reason other than they are at home.

CAR - 4 Good spot for them.

WASH - 4 WASH will move the ball, Giants can't keep up.

CHIC - 3 Tough spot for Dallas. BEARS to rely on homefield, to's, special teams & the wind. They are also 15-3 last 18 at home.

TENN + 4.5 TITANS 12-2 ATS last 14. NO 1-6 last 7 @ home on Mon.

SUNDAY ESPN: I would say Carolina for sure, & SD likely. I don't have any guesses after that.

Ahhhh, Ank, I was hoping no one would ask me that this week as I have had a dismal start so far, but I should know better as IMO, no one should get too involved the first two weeks of NFL. So, it's my fault for stretching my personal rules. I am hoping to come out of it as the season progresses, as foots is my best capping sport, by far.

I am not in love with anything this week, I haven't seen a lot of things so far this seasonto give me any direction on any teams. As far as I see, it's still pre season.

But: small plays

Carolina plays terrible as a fave, but I have Atl as a doormat, so I still give the nod to CAR.
I think DET can hang with Phil, but I did get in earlier at +6
TENN looks very tempting on Monday night.
33 is very low as an NFL total, went small time with MINN/KC over.
Maybe WASH, still looking for a line adjustment and some late money in on NY..I don't know.

Hank is 2-1-1 so far. I'm not sure the bears can score 23 but what do I know.

I'm 1-2 so far, Ank. I was kicking myself for 2/3 of the Wash game for not taking them, I wanted the -3 and couldn't get it. I wound up lucky.
Like you, what do I know??
Not much, so far...................I have no firm direction after the first 3 weeks. My worst start in a long time. Hope you did fine.

To tell the the truth - the only thing keeping me in it is college football. If it wasnt for the NFL (so far) - my football picks may be considered "hot", haha. Last week I really like the Bengals over the Browns (Ouch) and this week I liked the Chargers and the Ravens.

Thank goodness the Ohio State Buckeyes are covering.
