play in college football is? I tried to watch games today and all I saw was dropped punts, facemasks on 3 and 20 that had nothing to do with the play. Penalties galore, dropped wide open passes, fumbles all day, missed field goals, terrible kick-offs. I just think the level of play is awful and I'm talking about the games between supposedly the best teams in the country.
