Now of course I am not saying that SC will win the BCS title, even though I would love for my Trojans to pull it off.
Here is what the scnario is right now.
AP Coaches
OSU OSU
Mich USC
USC Mich
This is eerily similar to 2003 with the opposite impact for USC. Lets hypothesize that SC beats the Domers and then FUCLA and gets into the title game against the Buckeyes. Lets also hypothesize that USC beats the Buckeyes and that Mich beats a solid BCS team in the Rose Bowl
That would leave a 12-1 USC, Mich, and OSU collabaration. OSU would most likely be out of the equation. That leave Michigan with the potential to be voted #1 by the AP, which no longer is part of the BCS. And of course SC would have the Crystal Ball.
That would leave us with split titles again.
And for the record, I am not saying that SC will beat OSU nor am looking for the argument of who beat who, who lost to who, how many turnovers someone had, etc.
Just looking for some opinions from folks on how they would feel about the split and specifically the reaction to Michigan getting the AP.
