can someone tell me why the line is down to 67.5 ? I saw it at 70.5 at one point. Seems everyone was on the over?

HERE IN HONOLULU IT IS ABOUT 78 DEG. WITH THE FORECAST FOR A LOT OF RAIN. HELL IT'S BEEN RAINING HERE CONSTANTLY FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS..... THAT MEANS THE FEILD TURF AT ALOHA STADIUM IS GOING TO BE SOAKING WET.... MIGHT BE WET ENOUGH TO SLOW DOWN THESE OFFENSES... I LIKE THE UNDER IN THIS GAME

this game seems like an easy over---but the line has come down, i hope its because of rain like cavy mentioned. This game shapes up to be high scoring any way u look at it. Boise St. will try and score 50. If they can score more they will. Hawaii offense was clicking on all cylinders last week against a tough Alabama defense. Maybe the total came down because Chang is banged up and backup--is probable. Hawaii backup could agruably be better than Chang, he threw the ball well last week, and i checked out some box scores and he was 16-17 one week when Chang went out of the game. Maybe i'm a sucker, but i think Vegas sets up games and entices action. But Boise is a team that has scored all year and all of last year. They really try and pour it on. Last year they scored a late touchdown in the bowl game to make the cover with under 2 min. They could of just sat on the ball but they threw the ball. Hawaii has momentum from last weeks win, but the high line is an indication of how good Boise is and maybe Hawaii can't stay with this high powered offense. Or the line could be a reflection of last years score 58-31 in favor of Boise St. I love to play dogs especially ones i think can win, (hence Kansas St.)--but Boise is a top 15 team in my opinion, and alabama doesn't make the top 50. Boise Qb throws the ball with touch, deepball, reads the d well, great qb---Boise wins and scores a ton--Final score BOise gets 51-56 pts---Hawaii gets 31-38 My prediction---Boise 56 Hawaii 31

Yesterday, only 0.11 inches of precep
Only 1.62 inches of precep for the last 7 days.

I like the over at 70', like it even more now at 67'. Also so laying 11 with Boise. At worse I feel 1-1, but probably going to be 2-0.
