The Clemson defense. The unit ranks 36th nationally, allowing 338.75 ypg, but is an exceptional unit against the pass, ranking 17th in the nation and second in the ACC, allowing a mere 175.0 ypg through the air. One of the main reasons for their staunch aerial defense is the team's knack for making big plays. The Tigers have picked off 20 passes this season, and rank 10th nationally in that category. Freshman cornerback Justin Miller has seven interceptions, including four in the last four games of the year and ranks seventh in the nation in picks. The ACC Rookie of the Year runner-up, Miller recorded 56 tackles and 15 passes defensed on the year. John Leake leads the Tigers in tackles with 153 and Rodney Thomas is right behind with 152. The pair of linebackers rank seventh and eighth in the nation in tackles. Bryant McNeal is a force on the defensive line and leads the team in TFL with 13 and sacks with 8.
In other personnel moves, defensive ends coach Rodney Allison became the head coach at Tennessee-Chattanooga, leaving the Tigers short-staffed in preparations. And starting LB Eric Sampson was dismissed for violating team rules. Safety Kelvin Morris will move into his spot.
Nobody in the ACC really runs the type of offense that Tech does....I honestly cant see them stopping all these crossing patterns and screen and the bombs...Kingsbury IMO has wayyyy too many weapons in this game.
Iam on Tech -5
As far as your prop goes.....Thats alot....Clemson doesnt defend the run very well, so if anything I would take the under
