Help - Team Scoring?

I have found several sites that offer team power ratings. Unfortunatly they are often in conflict with their ratings. for instance sagarin has Houston listed as the 21st best while Sporting news has them listed as 13th. On the other hand Sagarin has Oakland listed as 8th and Sporting Nes has them at 15th. At other sites I find the same insanity.

I am looking for a real rating that accounts for wheather it is a homerun park and the level of competition the teams have played against. also relative to playing against lefties/Righties.

I KNOW SOMEONE AT MADJACKS IS SMART ENOUGH TO HAVE FIGURE THIS OUT! Please help a guy who is struggling right now.:d

The power rating line factors in the strength of both the two teams involved and the two starting pitchers. Where an estimated line differs significantly from the current line, there is value on a side, and the edge is indicated.

Today i have a line of -135, as you can see the Estimate line differs significantly from the current line Edge Oakland.
This works for me. I look for who has the edge every day. On Sat, was 3-1 Fri 2-0

So far today teams with a edge are;

Oak, Bos, Toro, Hou

Unfortunatly I am afraid what I am looking for may not exist.

Looking for average runs scored vs righties/lefties with a subjective (semi-objective) adjustment for strength of schedule and whether it is a hitters park.

I am always concerned when someone has Colorodo high in the runs produced category because coors field is a hitters park.
