Hmmmmmm.....This "Friend of Mine" has come upon a Brand new box for fixing the cards for Delayed Payment Television! I was trying to help him find some information on how to get this thing to work! Ex. What kind of software do you need? How do you work the thing and any tips someone may have for me, I mean my friend, on how to do this sort of thing!
