What the hell does exacta over the field and exacta under the field mean:shrug:

Never heard it phrased that way before but it sounds like the horse you like wheeled with the field in an exacta. And the field in an exacta with your horse second.

In other words you cash your exacta if your horse wins. It doesn't matter who runs second because you have them all.

An easier way to say it would be ..$2 exacta, your horse /all.

If you do a $2 exacta BOX that looks like this:
6/3,4,18,20,12,15,13,16

Does the 6 have to win, or just place with one the others winning:shrug:

with an ex box the 6 can run 1st or 2nd with any of the other #'s you have listed. $32

Same as ex box 6/3, 6/4, etc.
