im building my website and i wanted to include some flash video.

i have no idea how to do that or where to get it from
ive put in about 10 hrs on my site so far

its a strength training/personal training/equipment/nutrition store

any help would be appreciated

do you have the flash program? you need to create your animation in flash and save it out as an .swf file, then you can insert the .swf file into your html file. Hope that made sense.

Not bad looks like i will be doing some business with you, if you want send me your link and i will put it up on my site, I doubt that you want my link on your site and I understand that but my clients i'm sure would use some of your stuff,

Looks like a great start,one thing I would suggest is on the contact page get an email address with your domain name and not a yahoo account, just looks more professional/legitimate.

Looks great as the others have said! Besides the e-mail address like Ryson said, one other thing I would address is the logo. I would like to see something that represents your name more. Get my e-mail from Jack if you need someone to design one for you. Good luck!
