I have some quality pics but the Explorer User Prompt is blocking the task bar "Edit-paste"

I have some quality pics but the Explorer User Prompt is blocking the task bar "Edit-paste"

Once you click on the insert image attachement the yellow bar will come up on the top asking you to allow scripted windows. Left click on it and click on temp allow scripted windows. Then it will allow you to post the image url. If that is not it let me know some more details and see what we can help you with.
