I'd rather not explain, but this is research.
Is there an elected office (in any state) that would somehow answer to the governor OR an elected office that the governor could "control"?
Example: A governor tries to get a man elected to an office so he can then control that elected official and manipulate certain things in the inter-workings of the government?
Thanks in advance. :0074
