UC-Santa Barbara ex-forward (last year starting, graduated) now works at the local country club here while he is rehabbing his knee before a stint in the Brazilian league next year...Told me if SDSU is favored "by less than 8" it will definatley cover, because he says 4 of their 5 starters are nursing injuries but not severe enough to sit out...My book is showing 9, im pondering a unit bet...what do you guys think?

Vyrus I have Sdsu 10 better than Santa Barbara at home before any injuries are factored in. Sdsu has 4 returning starters off their 14 win squad with significant edges in backcourt and frontcourt play. As well as a better coach in Fisher.
My own power rankings are 52 to 37 and then I give 5 for home court. So that gives Sdsu a 20 point edge in my rankings. The way I use my rankings, whatever the difference is I cut it in half and that is the number I think the line should be.
So if these guys are banged up laying 9.5 would be a bargain. Hope this helps

Wilson what would Bray care, he is a graduated player, their is no pun in him telling me what he thinks about a game and how many points better he feels a team is...Its not like hes throwing the game
