No, not a tranny roll.

I started using a simple piece of software (called F.lux) that adjusts the color scheme/lighting of your computer monitor between day time and night time.
Think of it like dimming the lights in your house at night to acclimate your body to night and impending sleep.

It's a little hard to adjust to the first few days, but in general I have found it pretty comfortable on the eyes.
Read the little blurb on their homepage to learn more about how it works.
I also recommend checking the "1 hour" transition option in the settings. That way at night it slowly changes the light of your monitor, rather than all at once.

It's free, no ads or spam or anything. And it doesn't seem to slow down my computer or hog resources.
I've found it very helpful with eye strain and the difficulty I sometimes experience while trying to wind down before bed after a long night on the computer. :0008
