May you find salvation in the upcoming beneficence that shall be bestowed upon you. I speak not just to the Americans but to my fellow citizens of the world.

I have enjoyed my time in this congregation and must apologize for any animosity that was wrongfully directed via my own, immeasurable ignorance. It does not matter now as the gift of hope has returned to my life and, as well, it should exist within yourselves.

In case I remain as ambiguous as always then I will briefly elaborate. Said animosity has been strongly felt by myelf, and many others, towards the great nation that lies below the 49th parallel. The changes that are slowly coming include a dismantling of the military industrial complex, a renegotiation of the "trade" agreements (more aptly called investor rights agreements), a narrowing of the gap between the obscenely wealthy (which, I submit, none of you do or will ever qualify for) and the sadly diminishing middle and near-such classes, and, particularly, the gross ecological negligence towards which our planet--moreover species--now trajects upon at a greater rate then even the most cautious of our scientists declares. There are other issues, and issues within these issues, but it will suffice for me to conclude that the greatest nation on this planet has now spoken up for the desire for change which I thought would never be possible--a change that will benefit all of mankind and which now leaves us with the greater scope of possibility that quite recently seemed impossible.

I feel a greater sense of hope, now, than I have felt over the past 7 years...perhaps within my lifetime. This feeling is mine to enjoy and I cannot expect any reader to feel likewise. My own distress has been mine alone and has surely been fraught with distortions, but even if my assessments have been off by a great margin I had still been left holding a value indicator with a considerably signifigant negative.

If you conclude me somewhat alarmist then perhaps you might at least consider those arguments that go against your own beliefs. Nothing could be a greater challenge and, yet, nothing could be more rewarding. There are many intelligent and well-educated members within these forums and yet, I must humbly submit, with a somewhat respectful disagreement, that ignorance by no means is the bliss that it purports to be.

I congratulate you on your inevitable reward.
There is still much to be done.
I, myself, remain hesitant in my jubilation.
My opinion is, quite clearly, that it is a spade.
I, (not-so-much) alone, have found peace again.
Money, after all, isn't everything.
It is not even close.

May we all find peace and prosperity in what is to come.

M.E.

P.S.
Perhaps this is, indeed, "politcal", but I have been banned from said forum by a power even greater than Jack himself.

To each their own.
I thank you for your decisions.
