thanks guys..I haven't talked to herb in about 3 weeks...I'll call him tomorrow.he's doing good.Last time I reported here he had a bad infection on his leg that has persisted for a long,long time.he left a heating pad on it and it burned his leg.

Michael Madden my student that was involved in the car accident is still in a coma.His parents sold there house and moved to the next town over.The house they bought has a big back playroom where there is access to drive a van in the backyard.They intend on moving Michael home after christmas..he moved to another nursing home further away from me so I haven't seen him in over 6 months..I talk to his aunt about once a month...Micheal would of graduated last June and we did a nice yearbook dedication to him...so sad.
today I had the parents of one of my students that hung herself last saturday in my office.They wanted to go to there daughters locker and take everything out..pretty sad..there claiming it was the choking game ....but the police have ruled that out..and after reading all her notes,my space,etc it wasn't the choking game..
It was great that everyone helped out these past two years..Herb has that flat screen TV that is his whole life...he has a computer hooked up to it...Mrs Madden used the money to buy her 4 kids Ipods for X-mas and to use the money for a hospital bed for Micheal...they are not a rich family by any means....stay tuned for this years project... love all you guys that helped out...
