Here's just one of the photos that is in use in the US Army Sniper courses,
what you don't see or hear about in the news (how we combat terrorism).
This guy was part of a group of bad guys that barricaded themselves in the
Hospital in Qandahar. He was shot by a Special Forces Heavy Weapons Sniper,
with a .50cal Barrets semi-automatic Heavy sniper rifle. A 710 Grain
bullet wizzin' at approx. 3,050 Feet Per Second at a range of a little over
1135 yards (3405 feet) definitely leaves a mark! This shows what good
training can accomplish.
