LL, don't mean to intrude into your thread with PD1, but was wondering if you went fishin on Monday. Do you get over-run during this time of year? A guy who works for the developer on the job we our working on goes down there religously all year long to fish. That has to be one of the biggest clusterfuhks I have ever seen.

No fishing until April for me, you are right about the clusterxxxx, people from everywhere at Bennett Spring. First job I had was at the park store when I was 16 a whole lot of fun met people from all over, best part was that all this young girls (15-16...) would come in to the park with their parents and had no interest in fishing. Left that job in october when the season ended and went into radio at a local station in Lebanon, and had to cover opening day for many years, swore after that i would never go down there till April, man of my word. Oh the good Ole days, if you ever head down this way let me know!

Sorry so late. I grew up in Waynesville. Then went to MU, and now live north of Columbia. When I was in high school Waynesville and Lebanon were in the same conference. We had some good battles. I have an Aunt and Uncle that have a berry farm outside Hazel Green. Still go thru Lebanon on my way to Branson. Always like to stop at the case knife store. Best of luck to you maybe we can have a beer together someday. Used to do the trout fishing thing a lot, but was actually closer to Meramac Springs, so ended up going there more often. See ya later.
