Hell yeah.

Don't criticize it, just legalize it. :0074

Ludicrous that it has taken this long, but a major victory is about to be won this fall. Fuck Obama and his failure to acknowledge the sea change in the culture. He better change his tune after his reelection. He fucking owes it to the young people like me that put him into office.

No wonder Michigan football has gone down the shitter. I wouldn't want to go to a school that harshly punished me for breaking one of the most racist, ridiculous laws in the history of mankind either.

No wonder he is the FORMER CEO of Domino's. Punishing college football players for smoking cheeb. Give me a break. I suppose he would rather they go out on the town, get wasted and end up breaking someone's face.

The amount of stupidity in the world is truly mind-boggling.

Obama is crazy like a fox. He is having his Feds crack down on pot dispensaries in California. Pissing off people in a state he can't lose, in order to impress moderates or religious types in states he might be able to win.

I agree. How dare someone be punished for breaking the rules. Ludicrous I tell you. Absolutely ludicrous.

 I hope as an informed student of your country's troubled history that you're joking. Obviosusly more white people smoke herb than any other race n the US, because there are more white people. However, it was due to racist bullshit that it was criminalized in the first place.

Here is a scholarly take on the issue.

Here's an easier read about it.

so because you disagree with it, it is an unjust law? That's some pretty scholarly thinking.

I think I should be able to drive 95mph in a school zone. Does that mean I don't have to pay the fines?

I thought about not being petty, but then I looked again at the wading pool of depth you put into your response.

Why do they call you guys jarheads?

?Society invents a spurious convoluted logic tae absorb and change people whae's behaviour is outside its mainstream. Suppose that ah ken aw the pros and cons, know that ah'm gaunnae huv a short life, am ah sound mind, ectetera, ectetera, but still want tae use smack? They won't let ye dae it. They won't let ye dae it, because it's seen as a sign ay thir ain failure. The fact that ye jist simply choose tae reject whut they huv tae offer. Choose us. Choose life. Choose mortgage payments; choose washing machines; choose cars; choose sitting oan a couch watching mind-numbing and spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing fuckin junk food intae yir mooth. Choose rotting away, pishing and shiteing yersel in a home, a total fuckin embarrassment tae the selfish, fucked-up brats ye've produced. Choose life. Well, ah choose no tae choose life. If the cunts cannae handle that, it's thair fuckin problem. As Harry Launder sais, ah jist intend tae keep right on to the end of the road...?

Too bad you are in the part of the society that is gong the way of the dodo now, marine. Americans and the majority of the citizens of the world support legalization. Fuck you and all of the ignorant bastards that try to regulate the way people live their lives.

1. Don't confuse the silent majority with the overvocal minority.

2. Pot is illegal and has been for quite some time now. "We" are not trying to regulate your life. "We" are living within the many laws that have been in effect for a long long time. It is "you" that has shown arrogance and selfishness by disregarding the the commonly accepted laws of society so that everyone can get along.

It's an unjust law and I don't have to follow it if I don't want to. Get over yourself.

I'm sure you would have been one of the asswipes that said things like:

"Oh, there's no sense in fighting taxes. We have to pay the king because that's the way it's always been."

"Voting has always just been the right of us white men. If you give those niggers the vote, the next thing you know women will want it."

The way it's always been? The vocal minority? WHAT FUCKING WORLD YOU LIVING IN?

The vast, vast majority of human history marijuana has been not only legal, but used as a therapeutic agent by many cultures. It hasn't even been illegal for the majority of US history.

Try reading a few poll results before you shoot your mouth off with Fox News sound bites. The majority of people will vote to legalize marijuana in some states this fall. Please, please refrain from commenting anymore. You look more ignorant with each post.

CA already has legalized marijuana for medicinal usages. what is your point?

You can cite other cultures all you want. Some of those other cultures that thrive on marijuana, you also shit in the street and don't drink the water.

A lot of people, a lot smarter than you have put marijuana in a category that fits best based on what is known about it. No, they probably don't smoke it in mom's basement as often as you do so they can't be super duper sure that it's totally cool maa-a-a-an.

Will the use of it as a medicinal tool grow in the future? Sure, heck, why not? Like everything else in life, when you learn more about it and figure out all the pros and cons of it you can make those decisions.
Is saying "i want to smoke my weed, so these current laws are unjust and i don't have to follow them because i don't wanna" going to help your arguement? Not one fucking bit.

I'm actually fairly nuetral on the topic of using MJ for medicine. But everytime I hear some donkey spout off about how they want their weed and fuck the man i want my weed it pushes my vote further and further to the side of never legalizing it.

I want my tylenol III and vicadin and opium. Those laws are unjust too.

After reading your latest post, I realize that it is pointless to try and have a debate with you. You are a bigoted, uninformed individual. Here is a little gift to help you start on the long process of learning how to function as a human being instead of a sheep.

You really thought I could debate this?
You are a spoiled little brat and it warms my heart to know that pretty soon you're going to grow up and realize that mother and father won't and can't give you everything.

I agree. :0074

But in all seriousness, I really think marijuana should be legal. It's a prohibition that has gone on long enough. Especially considering our last 3 presidents and SOOO many other functioning adults have used it without detrimental results. At this point it is against the law just because it is against the law.

I do not give a shit either way, it doesn't change my life one bit

I do think it would be smart to legalize it and tax it...

I prefer anarchy to what we have today, we need more freedom to make our own choices :0074
