We'll allow leeway this week since I don't think it was clear, but normally all picks need to be in before the first kickoff of the week - whether that's on a Sunday, Saturday, Thursday, or whenever. Every game out of the 3 required that's not selected in time is treated as a loss. So if you forget to pick them entirely, you get -3.
