ANA has won 3 in a row, and Colorado has lost 7 of 8. Rapp, though going through a tough stretch [1-6 in 11 starts] actually has a better ERA than Chacon. LEAN to UNDER 14 here also, as Walker is out, and starters ERA is about 10.0. Good luck...
