He just doesn't possess the best football knowledge. It takes more than just speed, or else Carl Lewis would have been the greatest WR ever!!

He doesn't get real good separation at the line of scrimmage, so it's best that he is in motion.

His routes are terrible but he has too much speed to keep him off the field offensively

He has incredible speed, he needs better route running like Thom said but he's only a Soph. Against good defenses this year he's disappeared, he needs to make big jump on his receiver skllis next year and he'll bolt for the NFL. Huge upside
