Yes sir, my bad. Thanks for the heads up, edit made. Especially wanted the first half on the two dogs. UIC has been in the thick of some games but can't seem to close them out. Beating YSU is well within their abilities.

Cleve St on the improve since Lee has been back. Played well against VCU Milw has been pretty awful

Wright St... Det is no bargain on the road though young Bass may turn into and outstanding player to go along with Howard. Toss out the Ohio State game for Wright as the Buckeyes played to their full potential. Think that they rebound.

Oakland.... Hopefully this is the time that playing their top shelf non conf schedule starts paying off. They can win some games in the Horizon. I've been fading Valpo and it's hurt me some but just not sold on them to grab road conference Ws.

Just a side note here for anybody that gives a hoot.

The Horizon does a great job of live streaming almost all of their conference games and they all will be found at ESPN3 throughout the season.

Horizon

Yep... I love the Horizon, CAA, Big Sky, OVC are all good for streaming.

Only one that makes me ??? is the Valpo play. Valpo looks for real. While I understand the challenges of winning on the road in Horizon- Have to realize that the kids are out and this will not be a normal road/home game. Probably only 50% of the attendance as normal. Valpo's defense is very good. They have been shooting lights out as well. I dont bet road faves so I will be watching this one intently.

Detroit is playing awful right now and Howard is too damn inconsistent to be really relied on. I like your card.

Howard is a loose cannon. Detroit had so much more talent over the last few years. He went from being the 6th man to their number one option in the blink of an eye. Bass will help but he needs more seasoning. FWIW, I think that McCallum is one of the poorest coaches in the conference. He should have got a lot more out of some of the teams he's recently had.

And of course UIC rallies in the 2nd half for the win. But I did get the Raiders to squeeze out a tight one.

2-2 on the horizon plays

Two late left coast games that grabbed my interest. Finally got the PAC 12 channel to watch a little more of the western teams.

USC has really improved since my Zips waxed them by 20 but they have not seen defense like the one Utah will toss at them tonight. I'm also a firm believer that the opening of conference play increases defensive intensity.

FH USC /Utah under 62'
FH USC under 26
Utah -16'

FH Wash / Cal under 58

Tailed you on the west coast action...

Tailed you on the west coast action...

Wright State looked half way decent and Cleveland state looked real good. May have to pay attention to YSU totals. Seems like they are tending to play high scoring games. I read somewhere that the coach really likes this team even though it is very young... Something about they are a tight knit group. Seems Green Bay is the class of the conference and then it is a cluster?
