My hot water heater is about 14 years old. Being outside more during summer Ive noticed that the thing runs all of the time. The exhaust pipe is near our patio.
How long do these things last? How do you know when to replace it?
It's a natural gas heater. We've never run out of hot water but as the family gets older I anticipate needing more.
Anyone know pros and cons about tankless water heaters?
