When I first looked at this game it looked like the proverbial "lock". It might me the proverbial "set-up". Here's what I found. With Guccione behind the plate, Hou is 0-2, Cin is 2-0. Home dogs are 4-2 while home dogs over +150 are 3-0. There are not enough games involved for me to make it a WLA live dog but it sure will keep me off Hou today. Good luck with whatever you do.

The line is much too high in this one. Cincinnati has been swinging the bats well lately and Houston has been cold at the dish. Oswalt has been solid so far but this may be one outing where he gets touched up for a few runs by Cinci's lefty dominated lineup. I would play Cincinnati in this one, if anything at all.

Keep in mind that Reyes is a lefty, and the Stro's have been putting more runs on the board when facing such. Cincy also with the worst home record in baseball. Price still very high, but I certainly couldn't justify a wager on the Red Legs.

No closer Graves or setup man Sullivan tonight off usage for reds...reyes a 80 pitch starter max.

looking like reds might have to score 4+ in this one to grab a win...and they just might.
