pinny had cuse/Con 1st half o/u 21.5...betcom had it at 23? wtf?

I have seen them off by .5 and occassionally by 1 pt but 1.5 pts?

there's not really much difference, how many ways can teams score 22, a slim amount. and 23 is a lot of field goals. think its basically the same.
