In the 10 coldest games in NFL history the average score was 30.4. I don't think this is all that important because they were mostly played in a different era. Most recent game was in 2008 with Green Bay versus the Giants.
What I did find interesting was that each team averaged 2.5 turnovers per game. That is a significant amount of turnovers.
