How do I create a hyperlink?

How do I create a hyperlink in here?

Example:
I want to change www.bestbettor.com
to: here

I can do it in Word because they have the hyperlink button but I can't do it here.

Easy when you make your post, look above it there is a button "http://" click that and put whatever u want as the test ie : "here" and then hit enter and then put in the address of the link you want hope that helps...
