How do you get off phone lists

ive been called everyday at my home and cell about sports services wanting me to buy there games. I never answer the phone but it gets annoying at times. They even left a pre-recorded message this afternoon about tonites game.

Is there anyway i can get off these lists? Please help.........

Funny thing happened about an hour ago-phone rang caller id said # is blocked so i answered it anyway knowing it would be one of these guys. Sure thing it was a guy named Boris telling me he had just got back from overseas and that he had talked to me last year telling me he was back. I said ok what u got. he said take the Cowboys tonite-i said u selling picks he said nope i just give them out. I said why dont u just bet 50K or 100K on the game . he said dont get sarcastic with me can u believe that telling me to not get sarcastic with him. I said whatever dude he said dont call me dude u will get me fired if my boss finds out. he gave me his phone # but i didnt write it down and said to call him tomorrow when the game wins. I swear if he calls back i might give his # to a bunch of guys so we can call him all the time and fuxck with himm..
